GUARANTEE POLICY

Non-refundable rate. A deposit of 100% of the total stay amount, including taxes, is required at the time of booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Non-refundable. If you cancel or modify your reservation, or in case of a no-show, the total amount of the booking will be charged as a penalty.

CHILD POLICY

Children up to 5 years old stay free of charge when sharing the same bed and room with their accompanying adults. They must only pay for breakfast and should never be left alone in the room.

Accommodation for children aged 6 and older is charged at the adult rate.

At check-in, valid identification will be required, and any additional charges will apply if the child exceeds the stated age limit.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Check-in: from 3:00 p.m. | Check-out: until 12:00 p.m.

Reservations must be guaranteed with a 50% deposit.

No-show or late cancellation: A penalty of 50% of the total amount will apply.

Flexible bookings: Free cancellation up to 72 hours before arrival.

Event bookings: Require a 50% deposit. Free cancellation up to 8 business days before the event; after that, a 50% no-show penalty applies.

Children under 4 years old stay free when sharing existing beds. Breakfast and optional hotel insurance are not included.

Refunds: Subject to a 10% bank fee and processed within 30–60 business days. No cash refunds.
