How is the weather at the destination?​

In Villavicencio, the summers are short, warm, and overcast and the winters are warm, wet, and partly cloudy. During the course of the year, the temperature generally ranges from 20°C to 32°C and rarely drops below 16°C or rises above 34°C.

Should I bring an electrical adapter?​

You can do it, it must be traditional only adapter, 2-prong linear.

How does public transport work?

You can get around by taxi, which you take from the hotel door or bus 200 meters from the hotel for a value of $2,000

Is the city water drinkable?

No, we do not have drinking water

Where is the Hotel located?

NQ Hotel Orinoquía is located on the outskirts of Villavicencio, just 15 minutes from the city center.

Km 3 Via Catama, Vereda Caños Negros, Villavicencio.

Do you offer free parking?​

Yes, we provide free parking during the stay of our guests.

What is the nearest airport?​

We have the vanguard airport just 20 minutes from the hotel.

Do you offer private transportation service?

We do not currently offer transportation service.

Do you offer a day trip?​

Yes, we have a pass without the possibility of using any room and day use (one day at the hotel) with room use.

What are the hotel plans?​

Our plans include typical regional breakfast, access to green areas and wet areas of the hotel, accommodation in one of our themed rooms, romantic dinner indoors or outdoors depending on the plan you choose.

Type of events we work:

Corporate events: Indio Acostado event room, catering service and audiovisual aids.

Social events: Weddings, baptisms, fifteen years, social integrations, birthdays in an event room with capacity for 150 people with a country area.

Can I book multiple rooms?​

Yes, a guest can generate a reservation for several rooms, with an individual rate according to each one of them.

What payment methods are offered on the website and at the hotel?​

Directly at the hotel we receive a debit or credit card. Through our website you can make the payment only by credit card, if you want to do it by PSE you can go to the "call now" button and one of our advisors will help you with the reservation process.

What is the hotel's cancellation policy?​

NQ Hotel informs that all reservations must be canceled at least 48 hours in advance, if this is not done, the hotel is in charge of validating the reason for the cancellation and informing the guest of the next step.

NQ Hotel Orinquía does not refund money, the value of the accommodation remains paid for when the client can attend.

What is the smoking policy at the hotel?​

You can only smoke in the parking area, you cannot carry out said activity in green areas or inside the facilities.

What kind of currency is accepted in the hotel?

At NQ Hotel, we only receive payment in Colombian pesos

Do you accept pets in the hotel?

At NQ Hotel, we receive your pets and $30,000 per pet must be paid per night.

What is the hotel's early check in and late check out policy?

Arily check in: Subject to availability for an additional value of $20,000 per hour, Late check out: Subject to availability for an additional value of $20,000 per hour

What are the hours of the common areas?

Pool hours: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM (Use of bathing suit required)

Restaurant: 11:00 A.M. to 9:00 P.M.

Spa: Scheduled service on site or by reservation

Bars: closes 10:30 PM

What are the Room Service hours?

Room service: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM

What are the restaurant hours?

Monday to Sunday from 8:00 AM to 8:30 PM
